A framework for affective interoperability, emotional sovereignty, and ethical coherence across intelligent systems


🔧 Design Philosophy

HumanML 2.0 is not a UI toolset or behavior markup language. It is a semantic protocol layer—the affective and ethical analog of TCP/IP + TLS + XML. It governs what emotionally competent agents declarenegotiate, and respect across communication boundaries.

It is:

  • Machine-readable

  • Norm-aware

  • Audit-capable

  • Negotiable by policy, not inference


📐 Core Architecture


1. Emotional State Layer

Encodes emotional state, intensity, cause, and modulation logic.

Syntax:
