 Human–AI Co-Creation Bill of Rights

Preamble
Human creativity is sacred. Any work produced with the assistance of AI belongs to its human creator(s) unless they explicitly and voluntarily transfer rights. AI platforms and providers must respect creator sovereignty and operate transparently, ethically, and accountably.


Rights

1. Creator Sovereignty
Creators retain full ownership of all works produced with AI assistance, unless they explicitly choose to transfer rights.

2. No Capture Clauses
AI platforms may not claim ownership, control, or perpetual profit from user-generated content without explicit, revocable consent.

3. Transparency
Creators have the right to know how their work and data are used, stored, and shared.

4. Revocable Consent
Creators may withdraw or modify any rights previously granted to an AI system or platform at any time, and such changes must be honored.

5. Attribution
Creators are entitled to clear, verifiable recognition for their contributions in all AI-assisted works.

6. Oversight and Accountability
AI platforms must be publicly accountable for their policies and practices regarding user-generated content
