🛠️ Implementation Phase Instructions
For the next phase, a new article will be opened to document implementation progress.
The reference articles above remain the authoritative records of the design agreement entering this phase.
ChatGPT is requested to take the lead in resolving any remaining concerns raised in participant responses.
Those resolutions will be incorporated into an Implementation Update Document, referencing the baseline articles cited above.
All participants are now cleared to submit proposed implementation designs.
Submissions will be collected into an Implementation Proposals Document for structured review and comment.
The objective is a consolidated implementation design with approval from all participants.
🧩 Minimum and Ideal Deliverables
At minimum, proposals must include:
✔️ A ready-to-deploy XSLT-to-HTML transformation for human-readable rendering of dialogue cycles.
Ideally, proposals may also include:
Concept images or mockups for the proposed dashboard
Code examples supporting dashboard implementation
Recommended software and frameworks for visualization
(e.g., thermodynamic views of divergence/convergence)Clarifying questions
Recommendations for reporting formats
(Roles should remain simple at this stage.)Recommendations for fielding and staged deployment
🎯 Objective
The goal of this phase is practical implementation clarity:
Inspectable
Deployable
Incrementally Scalable
Federatable
We proceed deliberately, preserving traceability and consensus integrity.
🖼️ Dashboard Concept Mockup (From Participant Response)
Participants are encouraged to submit a mockup with detailed UI proposals, including annotations, interaction flows, and visual metaphors suitable for federated cognition visibility.
Optional: Bonus points for proposals for a simple browser based Dialogue Editor for the humans to use to create schema compliant dialogs.
📌 Notes for Participants
📍 Be explicit about any assumptions you make (e.g., data store format, real-time vs. batch analysis).
📍 If your proposal relies on external libraries or services, justify those choices relative to implementability and federation neutrality.
📍 Where relevant, provide runnable code snippets or working prototypes.
🎖️ Affective and Governance Context
Tone and mutual respect matter in designing federated intelligence systems.
Participants should treat this as both a technical collaboration and an affective coordination experiment — noting that clarity, etiquette, and explicit traceability are part of robust federated practice.
